Terminal Server License Server Unavailable error

Users get: “The remote session was disconnected because there are no Terminal Server License Servers available to provide a license. Please contact the server administrator.”

Solution:

Open Regedit, find this registry key:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\MSLicensing

Right-click on ‘MSLicensing’, select Delete, and then click Yes to confirm the deletion.

Restart the computer.
