LANDesk Service Desk

Service Desk is a process management application. It is built to work with ITIL v3.

It can work with any process your company currently has.

I am implementing a simple help desk process for my work. We will be using it internally to support our clients. As I learn more about Process Design I will add more articles. I also plan on adding more information on ITIL.
